Interests and Hobbies: Doug enjoys spending his free time flying, bicycling, reading, and listening to music. Doug also enjoys spending time with his wife Nina and his two sons Kris and Ben.

Interests and Hobbies: Crystal enjoys attending and being involved in theater productions, spending time with her husband, supporting her daughters in their activities (soccer, swimming, dance, etc.), and rallying behind her husband when he does Triathlons.
Maggie J Luers is the newest Doctor of Audiology at Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic. Dr. Luers received her Doctor of Audiology degree at Northern Illinois University. Following, she worked for 3 ½ years for the Mayo Clinic Health System in southwest Wisconsin. Dr. Luers's primary clinical interests in Audiology include: diagnostic audiometric evaluation on patients of all ages, tinnitus evaluations, diagnostic vestibular evaluations, Auditory Brainstem Response testing (ABR), hearing instrument fitting and Baha fittings. Dr. Luers enjoys attending continued education seminars about the newest technology and innovations with hearing instruments.
Dr. Luers and her husband are new to Billings but are loving Montana thus far. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cooking and playing board games.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Brandy joined Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic as an office assistant in 2007. She holds an associates degree as a Medical Administrative Assistant from Montana State University. As a Montana Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, she completes some vestibular and audiometric testing, hearing aid fittings, as well as adjustments and counseling. She also works as a Patient Care Coordinator in the front office.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Montana College, (MSU-B), Nina worked for several businesses in the Billings area. She started work at the Rehder Balance and Hearing Clinic in 2000 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Currently, she handles marketing, as well as helping out in the front office at times.
Interests and Hobbies: In her spare time, Nina enjoys yoga, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Doug, family and friends.
Jacki joined the Rehder team in early 2012. She holds a degree in Bachelors of Science, Business and minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Jacki assists with all office operations including Marketing, Physician Marketing and administrative.
Interests and Hobbies: Jacki enjoys spending time traveling, fly fishing and being outdoors. She also loves spending time with her husband Martin and their two little boys.
Libby joined the Rehder team in December 2018. She holds an Associates Degree from ECPI University in Medical Computer Administration. Libby assists with administrative duties, specializing in insurance and claims.
Interests and Hobbies: Libby likes to spend time with her husband. She enjoys going off-road trail riding in their jeep and also relaxing at the lake paddle-boarding.
Heather Joined Rehder Balance and Hearing in September 2019, as a Patient Care Coordinator. She moved to Billings from Seeley Lake where she worked as a Patient Service Coordinator. Heather has over 12 years of patient care experience.
Hobbies include, Snowmobiling in the wintertime, sponsored rider. Hiking and side by siding in the summertime. She also enjoying coaching kids with disabilities in sports and other activities. She is an advocate for Suicide preventions and works closely with the Out of the Darkness leaders.
