Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Jared Browning joined the Rehder Balance and Hearing staff after serving at the Department of Veterans affairs for over 13 years. He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University, and his Masters and Bachelor's Degrees in Audiology from Idaho State University. He specializes in diagnostic hearing evaluations, amplification, assistive listening devices, tinnitus management and balance disorders.

Dr. Browning loves camping, boating, bike riding and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys watching and participating in music and theater.

Doctor of Audiology

Amy L. Remsberg is the newest Doctor of Audiology at Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic. Dr. Remsberg received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She recently concluded her 4th year externship at UPMC Eye & Ear Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Remsberg's primary clinical Audiology interests include diagnostic audiometric evaluations for patients of all ages, cochlear implants, diagnostic vestibular evaluations, tinnitus evaluations, and hearing instrument fittings.

Dr. Remsberg enjoys anything outdoors in her free time including running, hiking, soccer, reading, and water sports.

Brandy M. Dillon, H.I.S.

Brandy M. Dillon, H.I.S.

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Brandy joined Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic as an office assistant in 2007. She holds an Associate's degree as a Medical Administrative Assistant from Montana State University. In 2009, she became a Montana Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Brandy assists our audiologists with vestibular testing and completes audiometric testing, hearing aid fittings, as well as adjustments and counseling. She also works as a Patient Care Coordinator in the front office. Brandy loves the bonds she creates with her patients while she improves their lives with the ability to hear. She is a wife and mother of 3 and stays very busy with her family when she is not in the office.

Kristi Browning

Kristi Browning

Office Manager

Kristi Browning is the Office manager at Rehder Balance and Hearing. She came to the office after working in the Newborn Infant hearing screening program at Billings Clinic. She earned her Associates Degree from Ricks college in Family Science with a minor in Music.

In Kristi's spare time, she loves camping, and boating, and just being with her family and loved ones. She loves getting to know others and finds great joy in teaching voice lessons to both children and adults in the Billings area.

Billing Specialist

Jenelle joined the Rehder team in April 2020, as a Patient Care Specialist. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, Business Management/Marketing. Jenelle has 10 years of combined customer service and medical experience.

Interest and hobbies: Enjoys Camping, hiking, fishing and hunting, dirt bike riding and off roading. Likes spending her free time with her family, husband, and friends.

Linda Gleason

Accountant

Linda joined Rehder Balance and Hearing Clinic as an accountant in 2018. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1983 with a B.A. in Accounting, passing the CPA exam the same year. She brings over 35 years of experience, previously providing accounting and payroll services for the Billings Area Chamber of Commerce and City Brew Coffee.

Linda enjoys spending time with her family - especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys baking, camping and her annual trips to Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks.

Patient Care Specialist

Alexa joined the Rehder team in October 2021, as a Patient Care Specialist. She has taken several business managements courses, as well as multiple healthcare continuing education courses and communication classes. Alexa has 7 years of combined medical and customer service experience.

Interests and Hobbies: Anything outdoors, riding dirt bikes, racing, fishing, camping, boating. Enjoys spending her free time with her boyfriend, bonus son, family, and friends.

Kelsi Prosser

Audiology Resident

Kelsi joined Rehder Balance & Hearing Clinic as an Audiology Resident in May 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Sacramento. She continued her education at Wichita State University in Kansas and where she will receive her Doctor of Audiology degree in May 2023. She chose to pursue a degree in Audiology due to her own experience with hearing loss since childhood.

Kelsi loves baking, hiking, camping, and snowboarding. She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.
